These Terms of Service govern your use of the Open-Air Tech website and the purchase of products from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Open-Air Tech is a multi-brand reseller of electronics and gadgets, operating with a company registered in Brazil (full details on our Contact page). We select products from verified brands and suppliers and provide all pre- and post-sale support directly to the customer.

2. Use of the site and your account

By using the site you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or authorised by a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access unauthorised areas, or interfere with its operation.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We work to describe and display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours, packaging or specifications are entirely error-free. Third-party brand names shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the product being resold.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and may change without notice. Availability may vary. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders — including after confirmation — in cases of obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, lack of stock, or inability to deliver to the address given. In those cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Orders and payment

The purchase contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Payment is processed by third-party providers in an encrypted environment; Open-Air Tech does not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers and events beyond our control. Any import taxes and duties follow the law of the destination country. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Return and refund rules are in our Returns & Refund Policy, including the 14-day right to cancel for the EU and the UK. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution, in addition to any rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

Content created by Open-Air Tech (text, layout, logo, own images) is protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Using the site grants you no rights over these marks or content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Open-Air Tech is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site or the products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, in particular consumer rights.

9. Communications and marketing

By subscribing to our newsletter or creating an account, you may receive communications from Open-Air Tech. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or through our Contact page.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumer rights under the law of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected. Where applicable, disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
